1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between liteapks ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses or uses the liteapks platform, website, mobile application, or any services provided through liteapks.bet.

Your use of liteapks — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing a casino game — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are effective from the date you first access or register on liteapks and remain in force until your account is closed.

liteapks reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their liteapks account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing liteapks from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use and that you are doing so entirely of your own free will.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a liteapks account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number (JazzCash or Telenor-linked for EasyPaisa), and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided to liteapks is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change.

liteapks may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active liteapks account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, liteapks reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your liteapks username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. liteapks will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity conducted through your liteapks account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified liteapks in writing of suspected unauthorised access. liteapks shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal details held by liteapks are accurate and current at all times. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

liteapks monitors account activity for signs of fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other prohibited activities. Where suspicious activity is detected, liteapks may freeze an account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining the appropriate course of action. Players will be notified where legally permissible.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

liteapks processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC at participating agents. liteapks reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on liteapks is Rs 200 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for large transactions in accordance with our anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. You may not withdraw to a third-party account. liteapks processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. Pending verification or active bonus wagering conditions may delay a withdrawal.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may not deposit funds into your liteapks account on behalf of another person, nor may another person deposit funds on your behalf. Any transaction identified as involving third-party funds will result in the transaction being reversed, the account being suspended, and a full investigation being conducted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by liteapks are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. These terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, expiry dates, and eligible games — are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your liteapks account must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion may be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet twenty times in total across qualifying games before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

liteapks employs sophisticated systems to detect promotional abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (also known as "bonus hunting"), and the use of automated software to interact with bonus offers. Any Player found to have abused a bonus will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

5.4 liteapks Right to Modify Promotions

liteapks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including withdrawing bonus offers that have already been communicated but not yet claimed, where there is evidence of abuse or where an error has been made in the promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on liteapks are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the liteapks platform. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game only.

liteapks uses internationally certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino games. The outcomes of all games are mathematically random and are not influenced by bet size, previous game history, player status, or any other external factor.

liteapks reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement, or bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on liteapks. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Operating more than one liteapks account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activity
• Attempting to launder money through liteapks transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing liteapks staff or other players
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions or IP-based access controls using VPNs or proxies
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your liteapks account to any third party

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the liteapks platform — including but not limited to the liteapks brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of liteapks or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any liteapks intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any liteapks content without the prior written consent of liteapks. Unauthorised use of liteapks intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

liteapks collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at liteapks.bet/privacy-policy. By registering on liteapks, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

liteapks applies bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the liteapks platform. Player account balances and personal data are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. liteapks does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liteapks and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the liteapks platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

liteapks's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

liteapks does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. liteapks accepts no responsibility for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities that affect your access to or use of the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

liteapks is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Pakistani players stay in control of their gambling activity. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial burden or a source of distress.

12. Suspension & Termination

liteapks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• liteapks suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account
• The Player has provided false or misleading information
• The Player has made a chargeback or disputed a transaction without first contacting liteapks support
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has issued an instruction to restrict the account
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to liteapks, its partners, or other Players

Where an account is closed by liteapks due to Player breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the Player after completion of any ongoing investigation and satisfaction of any outstanding obligations.

Players may close their liteapks account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the original funding source within five (5) business days of account closure, subject to standard verification procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms

liteapks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — liteapks will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or additions of new game-specific rules) may be made without prior notice. The date of last update shown at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which liteapks holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the liteapks platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified in the liteapks licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents liteapks from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
